What counts as one "conversion"? +
One conversion = one bank statement document processed, regardless of how many pages it contains. A 12-month statement uploaded as a single PDF counts as one conversion.
What file formats do you accept? +
We accept PDF (including scanned/image PDFs), JPG, PNG, and TIFF. Our OCR engine handles even low-quality scans and handwritten notes in most cases.
Is my clients' financial data secure? +
Yes. Files are encrypted in transit (TLS) and are never stored on our servers — they're processed and the results returned in the same request. We don't use client data for training or analytics.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime? +
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No cancellation fees, ever. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused months.
Which accounting software formats do you export to? +
We export to Excel (.xlsx), CSV, QuickBooks IIF/CSV import format, and Xero bank statement import format. Additional formats are available on the Firm and Enterprise plans.
